Whether it’s for relaxation or reflection, deep work or creativity, diffusage is the conscious use of aroma to create an atmosphere. It’s a ritual; taking a moment in your day to transform your immediate space through scent. It's a simple yet intentional act of self-care – one that brings a little balance and wellbeing to your daily routine.
A fragrant objet d'art
Our stone essential oil diffusers are easy to set up.
Bedside, sideboard, desk or on a shelf: the choice is yours. We suggest placing it on a stable, flat surface away from carpet and curtains, and to avoid accidents, keep it well away from children and pets. For better scent dispersal, position it away from a wall, and be mindful of air-conditioning.
Only use 100% essential oils in your diffuser. An essential oil diluted with carrier oil could damage your diffuser, eroding the ultrasonic plate and causing it to malfunction, while using a synthetic perfume oil, for example, simply won't have the therapeutic benefits.
We recommend using between 5 - 15 drops of essential oil, depending on the size of your space and the blend. Aromatic base note oils like myrrh, vetiver or patchouli require fewer drops while top note oils like citruses tend to evaporate faster.

Yes. Tap water is perfectly OK to use. Take care while filling or emptying the reservoir to avoid water entering the open air valve on the side (place your finger over the valve just in case). Avoid turning the diffuser on when the reservoir is empty or adding water while the diffuser is operating, too.
Clean your diffuser regularly to keep it running smoothly. Here's how:
Disconnect the power supply, remove the cover & reservoir lid.
Pour out any remaining water. Take care to avoid water entering the open air valve on the side (place your finger over the valve just in case).
Clean the water reservoir and ultrasonic plate. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the inside of the water reservoir. It's best to avoid touching the ultrasonic plate (the small circular indent).
Rinse the cloth, repeat and let all parts air dry.
Firstly, power off. Check that there is adequate water in the water reservoir. If it's empty, the diffuser will not mist. If the water level exceeds the maximum 120ml water level line, mist will not disperse. If this doesn't solve the problem, try emptying the reservoir and following the cleaning instructions. That ought to get things going again.
Firstly, power off. Check the temperature. If it's too low or humidity is too high in the room, mist can condense and form water droplets. Next, remove the stone cover and check that the water reservoir lid is securely attached.
Firstly, power off and unplug. Remove the stone cover. Pour out any remaining water, taking care not to let any enter the valve. Lightly shake the diffuser to drain any water collected inside, gently dry with a cloth and air dry for 24 hours.
Don’t worry. Your nose is not broken. Nor is the diffuser. You’re simply experiencing olfactory fatigue, also known as nose blindness. Read more about this curious phenomenon in our Journal.
