Payment options
We currently accept Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments online.
Our highly trusted payment gateway provider Stripe, is DSS-PCI compliant with encryption protocols throughout, and bank-level safety. Only 3D-secured cards are accepted with security protocols including Thawte, Mastercard Securecode, Verified by Visa and American Express Safekey.
If you have any cause for concern about a payment please immediately contact your banking provider.
Returns
If something is not quite right with your order, we are sorry to hear it and we would appreciate the opportunity to make it right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We also offer a 12-month warranty on diffusers purchased directly from Appellation.co. This warranty covers manufacturing or electrical faults arising under normal domestic use.
We do not currently offer an extended warranty for products not purchased directly through our online store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please submit a request using our dedicated product feedback process. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Our diffuser warranty applies for 12 months from the date of delivery for products purchased directly from Appellation.co.
This warranty covers faults that occur under normal intended use. It does not cover faults or damage caused by accidental drops, the diffuser being knocked over, use with unsuitable oils, improper cleaning, abrasive cleaning products, neglect, misuse, modification, or general wear and tear.
To help maintain performance and avoid unnecessary damage, we recommend using only 100% essential oils in your diffuser and cleaning it regularly in accordance with our care guidance.
Where an issue falls outside the warranty period or terms, we may still be able to assist with repairs or replacement parts, subject to availability.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods such as beauty products, essential oils, perfumes, and incense. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or products delivered outside the UAE, although exceptions may apply in certain cases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you would prefer is to return the original item at your expense, unless otherwise agreed, and place a separate order once the return has been accepted. We will, of course, help guide you through the process.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Please note that we can only issue refunds for products purchased on Appellation.co, and not for products purchased through distributors or stockists.
If approved, your refund will be made automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
