            UAE Delivery

            For Dubai customers, we are pleased to offer a same-day delivery service for orders placed before 12PM, and a same-day delivery service for orders placed before 8AM to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman.

            Orders placed after 12 PM (GMT+4) will be delivered the following day to all emirates. Contact us directly if you require express shipping.

            International Deliveries

            We are pleased to offer international shipping thanks to our partner DHL. Our international customers usually receive their goods within 3-7 days after dispatch. However, shipping times are dependent on customs and processing of the destination country.  

            Saudi Arabia Deliveries

            For KSA customers, please note that as per customs requirements, in addition to contact details, orders of more than 1,000 SAR require the following information:

            1. Customer's full name
            2. Date of birth
            3. ID number
            4. ID expiry date

            Good to know:

            • Delivery timelines are estimates and delay may inevitably occur. Deliveries are daily, excluding UAE public holidays, where the operational schedule at our fulfillment centre is adjusted in accordance to national holidays. Orders placed on weekends and on public holidays will not be processed until the following business day. 
            • To avoid delays, please be sure to provide a phone number so that the courier may contact you with SMS updates and a preferred delivery window.
            • From time to time, we offer promotions on shipping which may not always be reflected in the table above. Whatever you see at checkout is always the correct charge.
            • Please be aware Appellation isn't responsible for any local customs taxes or tariffs charged at the destination port.
