United Arab Emirates

We are pleased to offer free express shipping on orders over AED 250. Below that, next-day delivery is AED 25 for orders placed before 12pm. Same-day delivery is AED 45 for orders placed before 10am.

Orders placed after cut-off move to the next delivery window.

Duties & Taxes

Applicable duties and taxes shown at checkout are automatically estimated by Shopify using current customs and tax data. These charges are collected upfront, so there's nothing further to pay on delivery. These amounts are calculated by Shopify's duty engine, not set manually by Appellation. Customs rules, tariffs, exchange rates, and courier charges may change without notice and are outside our control. If the actual charge is substantially higher than the amount collected, we reserve the right to contact you for approval or to cancel and refund the order before dispatch. In rare cases, customs authorities may request additional documentation before releasing your order – we'll reach out if this happens.

Deliveries to Saudi Arabia

Saudi customs requires additional details for orders over SAR 1,000. Alongside your contact details, please have ready:

• Full name as it appears on your ID
• Date of birth
• ID number
• ID expiry date

Remote and unsupported destinations

Some remote areas, islands and territories fall outside our standard delivery network and aren't available at checkout. If you don't see your destination listed, or you're unable to complete checkout, get in touch – we'll do our best to arrange something.

Good to know

• Delivery timelines are estimates and delays can happen. We dispatch daily except on UAE public holidays. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day. 
• Please include a phone number so the courier can send SMS updates and confirm a delivery window. Incomplete addresses and contact details are the most common cause of delay.
• We occasionally run shipping promotions that aren't reflected above. Whatever you see at checkout is always the correct charge.
